Improving Your Implant Procedure
Our team uses the latest technology to ensure you receive the best dental implant care possible. Our technology improves the speed and effectiveness of your treatment, helping you achieve optimal results in a shorter amount of time.
Explore our guide to learn more about our dental implant technology and how it can help you.
CAD/CAM
Traditionally, your final restoration takes weeks to prepare in a laboratory. But thanks to our CAD/CAM system, we can mill and place your customized crown in one short appointment.
CAD/CAM stands for Computer-Aided Design & Manufacturing. Using this system, we can create a highly accurate digital model of your teeth that’s sent right to a milling device on site.
This means you don’t have to deal with messy and inaccurate dental impressions or wait weeks to enjoy your new smile. The CAD/CAM technology will speed up your implant procedure and deliver the results you expect sooner.
The Wand
Do you hate needles? Then, The Wand is the perfect invention for you. Using this device, Dr. Pham or Dr. Cooper can administer local anesthesia totally pain-free. The computer-asisted delivery system eliminates the need for any injections, allowing you to enjoy maximum comfort and relaxation during your procedure.
Periotest
After your implant fixture is placed, the surgical area will need at least a few months to heal. The timeline can vary by patient, so it isn’t always easy to determine exactly when you’re ready to move forward with your treatment.
That’s why Contemporary Dental Arts uses Periotest, a convenient device with a computer-based design that can test your implant. This way, we’ll know exactly when the healing process is complete so Dr. Pham or Dr. Cooper can finish restoring your smile.
